Zach Lahn, great grandson of the original homeowner (and builder) of the homestead, repurchased the farm in 2015 and in 2022 asked Swoon to bring it back to life. Throughout the full renovation and furnishings project, the studio celebrated the property’s past residents, their stories, their town, and the soul of the farm.
